Jonathan Djulvezan About
I love trying new techniques or improving upon those I already use. I am constantly learning as an artist from art history, life experiences, other artist, and patrons.
My style leans towards a dramatic sense of realism or classical styles. I like dark backgrounds and hard light and shadow to bring out objects.
I have a background in Animation and Web Design from attending the Art Institute of Atlanta 2000-2004. It helped fine tune my skills in the human form and movement which has been become a major factor within my art. I switched to Fine Art and have been attending AASU (Savannah, GA) on and off 2004-present. I have been studying under Professor Pang Chieh Hsu (painter) and Professor John Jensen (sculptor).
My art consists mainly of the human figure, historical or mythological themes, still life, and more. I am always open to suggestions or comments and I accept commissions.
