After dropping off paintings at the Chris White Gallery, 701 Shipley St., Wilmington, DE, I had time to stop a moment in Brandywine Park with my friend E. Jean Lanyon, who his is old enough to recall when this area was not a park but a dense wooded area where she romped as a child. I did a representational painting as that is what my friend likes best in her own oeuvre.
