Pictured here is a digital architectural illustration as to what the iconic skyline of New York City and Manhattan with the Brooklyn Bridge will appear as once the Freedom Tower is completed. I wanted to filter a sunburst into the illustration within the vicinity of where the Twin Towers once stood. It appears as if the kingdom of Heaven has opened up and is shining down on this now sacred ground. While we all will never forget the tragic events of September 11th, it is a testament to the perseverance and resilience that America & New York City will rise from the ashes greater than before.
