- I bought a cactus orchid for my home but it won't get any flowers for 2 or 3 years; so thought I'd paint me one until then. I also love humming birds so put one in the picture. This is one of my favorite paintings. I have M.S. and I am in a full blown attack so won't be painting for a while, until this is over. So I hope you enjoy this one as it is my last painting for a while. It is hanging in my studio for now and I sure am enjoying it.
