The other day, a woman who has lived here for many decades told me she'd never seen so much orange in the changing leaves. A Peek Inside, 8" _ 8" Much of the photography I do is extremely close up or macro. While shooting, some details are visible, but quite often the intricacies of line and color are not apparent. In this macro photograph of the interior of a red tulip, I was unable to see the purple tones or the dew on the yellow flower bud until the image was developed. In the right light, water can add sparkle or a glint that brightens an otherwise dull bloom. One Raindrop Salt Lake City's Temple Square gardens during the summer are filled with standard-issue flowers and plants -- nothing too exotic or interesting -- because the conditions aren't suited to the roses or tulips we have at other times of the year.
