Robert has been involved in art all of his life. Originally from Lakewood Ohio, he attended Cooper School of Art, and Cuyahoga Community College both in Cleveland Ohio.

He has continued his education with the many workshops he has taken in watercolor painting.

Robert singles out Fred Graff, a great artist, teacher, mentor and friend, as the reason for much of his success in watercolor painting.

Residing now in rural Holmes County in the heart of Ohio's Amish country, Robert draws his inspiration from his surroundings for many of his paintings.

Robert has recently begun teaching watercolor workshops in his local area.

Robert has his work on display at the Inn at Honey Run in Holmes County Ohio.
