Patricia, thanks for putting your work up for us to enjoy - I am impressed by the range of work you present, and I especially love "Missa Gaia II" - it has a beautiful earthy/fiery feel to it!

Good on you for putting together this new web presence. This is a lovely collection of work. I want to see more!! My Mexican sabbatical is going great and I am preparing for a solo show here in April.

Thanks, Patricia. I'm so glad you told me about your web site so that I could see your art. I love the fact that your work is abstract, so full of rich color, and has such incredible depth and texture. "Hours", the drawings on paper and "Spring Surge" are my favorites.

Hi Pat,

It's good to see more of your stuff; I can see the exploration happening. I find it interesting that the pastel work takes you into a different figure/ground approach; that doesn't seem to be dictated by the medium at all. When you compare the oils and drawings, the medium does change things but the basic approach is identical.

I enjoy your work very much. It emanates harmony and time slowed down as in yoga breathing.

Pat,
I am so incredibly excited about your web site with the chance to view more of your work (since I live so far away). You are such an inspiration to me!! and a reminder that I can create freely, as sometimes, I just need to break out of the box. So looking forward to seeing more!

Patricia,
The work is beautiful. "Breakthrough" is my favorite. I can see myself in there. Looking at "Earth" makes me want to walk in the woods on a cloudy day. Hope to see them both in person soon...
