Grandpa Elton
This picture doesn't even begin to show you the true beauty of this drawing. This is one of my first portrait and my first drawing ever done with the dry brushing technique. The photo I drew this from was of my Grandpa when he was in the hospital and nearly on his death bed. The natural light coming in from the window, his beautiful wrinkles (yes wrinkles are beautiful), and his expression were awe inspiring. I am just so thankful I was able to get it on to paper.
