A contemporary approach to landscape where the secondary image may express the feeling that a place can have emotional impact if it creates a subconscious connection with a previous memory or sensation separate from what is actually being experienced. In the end its also just a way for me to explore the landscape and the trees in a more graphic but still painterly way!
