This framed piece was sold through a gift shop in Chatham, New Jersey. Though the shop had to close due to the recession, I'm still close friends with the owner. We sold many paintings during our business association, more than any shop who ever exhibited my work.

While I don't normally sell my portraits matted and framed, I now plan to offer the option in the form of this classic gold frame used by the Chatham gift shop and framed by The Art Studio in Summit, New Jersey.

When I started painting in the late 60's I bought all of my materials at The Art Studio. Over the years, all of my personal framing has come from this shop and I always defer to their judgment, knowing the result will be another perfect frame.
