I really like the richness of the backgrounds in your floral works; you seem to be getting the most out of the natural strengths of the watercolor medium. And the pattern quality in "Petunia Fantasy" is very effective. Nice!

Hi Jayne,
I am curious, why India ink with the watercolor? The black is dramatic for sure but doesn't the ink leave a sheen?
