La Grande Arche, Paris
Original watercolor of the Grande Arche in Paris, France. The picture was painted from a postcard that was sent to me by a client. The architectural line of the arch and buildings is what inspired me to render as an abstract. Painting is done on Pittsfield paper, which gives it the look of Batik. Double matted on museum quality mats and framed. Outer mat is a pale mauve, liner wine and framed in a dark wine metal frame.
