Happy Birthday Peter Bloch
Peter Bloch would have been 89 years old today but unfortunately he passed away on July 31, 2008. Peter Bloch will always be a great friend and mentor to me. I visited his grave this past Sunday and placed flowers there for him and said a prayer. It is more then two years since Peter Bloch passed away but he is always in my heart and I see his picture everyday in my studio.
Peter Bloch was born in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) on October 19, 1921 and he grew up in Germany. He would later live in England, Switzerland and Belgium before he came to the United States in 1949.
