White Lace Collar with Blue Cameo
This lovely ivory lace collar has a blue cameo with 2 ladies' faces in ivory, surrounded with tiny ivory pearls. It measures around 11" around with ribbon ties in the back. This collar can be worn as an actual collar over a blouse or up higher on the neck as a choker. The center measures about 4" high.
