Circle Game
The Raku process involves removing the object from a kiln when red-hot and placing it in a chamber with organic combustibles. The glaze results are often unpredictable and somewhat out of the artists control. I find the Raku process to be so much in keeping with my observations and inspirations in nature; the surprises waiting around the next bend created by wind, water and upheavals of the rocks.
