despite the fact that the temperature in wisconsin this morning (monday april 28) was 35 degrees with snow flurries...and that the forecast for our show saturday in madison is mid 50's and rain...despite all of that...we are heading for home...and we will hopefully pull in sometime on thursday may 1st. between now and then we have plenty of things to do around here before we leave...between the last few chores around the house and the packing of the van...we will be pretty busy up until the time we head out. our weekend at the melbourne art fair went well with fabulous weather and large crowds. peggy had two pieces selected for judging...which was neat...the competition was tough though...and neither was fortunate enough to have won an award. the melbourne art fair has great musical entertainment every year and this year we heard a concert by grayson capps and the stumpknockers on saturday after the art fair closed for the day. good roots rock. so here is to our winter in florida...its been fun...and thanks to all of our patrons old and new. we will be back in november...hope to see you all then. this saturday we will be at the olbrich garden audubon art fair...saturday may 3rd from 9:30am til 4:30pm...and lets hope the forecast is wrong. thanks for reading.. p&b

ps...this extreme close-up pic was taken inside our booth at melbourne...with my cell phone...
