next up for us is a first year art fair being held at the alliant energy center in madison, wi. the show is called "artworks...madison" and the show director has been working hard to make this show a success and has a nice group of quality artists selected for this one day art fair.

the show will be taking place this saturday october 10 from 10am to 4pm and admission is free although I think there is a fee for parking.

the weather forecast for the upcoming weekend is calling for some pretty chilly temps but thats alright cause this art fair is an indoor art fair so no worries...just come out and enjoy the day in the comfort of the alliant center. our booth is number 203 near the main entrance. we hope to see you on saturday.

next week peggy will be in reedsburg, wi taking part in a four day workshop with one her favorite watercolor artist/teacher...ratindra das. this workshop takes place on an old family farm where they will work on painting the autumn scenery as well as the buildings on the property. she has been looking forward to this week and is excited to work on adding some ab-fracturing to the landscape studies she will be doing while there. stay tuned to this blog...and I will share photos of some of this new work as it is finished.

after that we have our open studio conjunction with a group of other artists in and around jefferson county...the earth wood and fire artist studio tour will take place on saturday and sunday the 24th and 25th of october. more on the tour next week or for more info check out the website at...

thanks for reading...
