Hawaiian Hibiscus

The Hibiscus flower is one of my favorites. To me it can even rival Roses of all different, shapes, sizes and colors. It is the State Flower of Hawaii. What people do not know is that most Hibiscus' are hybrids because the original Dark Red state flower is almost extinct, and can only be found on certain islands. The state flower of Hawaii was changed to the Yellow Hibiscus in the 1980's for this reason... Please enjoy these lovely flowers with me, and yes these are Hybrids in this picture, but are lovely nonetheless~
