Hallelujah
This piece was inspired by the haunting song "Hallelujah" (Jeff Buckley) as performed in Scottish Gaelic by the traditional Scottish youth band Ceilidh Trail. As with many of my pieces, the image of the angel appeared to me whilst I relaxed listening to this captivating song. The angel's meaning is very spiritual, as it represents being a heavily earthbound soul, yearning for guidance and hope from a divine source.
