Art Blog - Ana Cifuentes

I saw Diego's mural exhibition at MOMA few days ago. I was fascinated by his ability to tell social truths! So straightforward, so direct, so provoking for a society that can not related to self-critic but in which all discourses are guided and must be alined by political "correctness." It was beautiful to see what he captured and expressed in his painting about social layers...yet there was no audience for this kind of statement at the time. Now he can be heard!
