This work was compiled from found images. The central figure was sewn together with thread and pasted to the background, while the peripheral figures were cut into strips and rearranged to signify the complete dehumanization of women in the sex trade. The central figure is empty, callow, hedonistic, and in a great deal of pain & pleasure. I created the central image over several months, and then put the piece together years later over several weeks. I will sell the original for a to-be-negotiated higher price if desired.
