Jessica Greenlee - Biography
I'm a photographer who has also recently discovered collage and who enjoys making stuffed creatures.
My favorite works are those that make people smile.
Perhaps it's the smile of recognition "Oh, I know and love that too!" or maybe the surprised smile, "I never saw that before! It really is beautiful, isn't it?" Or the smile of amusement "Hey, that's funny!"
For all the darkness that exists--and it does exist--the world is also astonishingly full of light. We need to remember that, always, and to carry it with us.
So I want to make people smile.

Biography
I like to make stuff.
That's the simplest description of me-as-an-artist.
I've been messing around with cloth, paper mache, and paper for as long as I can remember. My camera came into my life later but quickly became essential; if I don't have it along, I am not complete. Just having it at my side makes the world come into a more vivid focus.
I hope my pictures will do the same for you.
