The artist was born and raised in Buenos Aires Argentina where she started doing her drawings. She continued her education in San Francisco and in Florida. She graduated from Florida State University in painting and art history. Victoria lives and works in Boca Raton, Florida. Her paintings are found in numerous private and public collections. Her accolades include the Boca Raton Museum of Art All Florida, The Cornell Museum, The Hortt Competition. In addition, there are solo shows at Bank Atlantic, Palm Beach International Airport and The Main Library in Fort Lauderdale

Bachelor of Art. Painting. Art History. Florida State University, Magna Cum Laude. General Certificate of Education 1973. Michael Ham Memorial College, University of Cambridge. Art classes completed at: University of California, Berkeley; Laney College, California; Tallahassee Community College, Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Florida State University and Florida Atlantic University.
