If the buyer finds the piece was packaged poorly and broke, or that it was not at all what the piece looked like online, we will ask the artist to pay for return shipping and schedule the return.

What If I Get Bad Feedback?

Feedback is not given directly to the artist, it is given to the ArtId store, which essentially means it is given to all the artists who have and will particpate on eBay. Bad feedback hurts all of us. We respectfully ask all members who plan to use the ArtId Store to do so in good faith. Conversely, the more positive feedback artists get, the better for everyone. Some rules to remember: Make sure pictures represent the art wholly. Do not sell the piece to someone else while it is on eBay. Send packages out well-packed and on time.
